Welcome to Yoga in Common (“we,” “our,” “us”). By accessing or using our website, studio classes, workshops, or retreats, you (“the Client,” “you,” “your”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before booking or participating in any of our offerings.

1. General Use of the Website & Services

  • The content provided on our website is for informational purposes only and may be updated at any time.

  • You agree not to misuse, copy, or distribute our content without permission.

  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time.

2. Studio Classes & Memberships

  • All class purchases, passes, and memberships are non-transferable and may only be used by the original purchaser.

  • Class packs and memberships may have expiration dates. It is your responsibility to check validity at the time of purchase.

  • Cancellations for classes must be made within 12 of the scheduled time to avoid a late cancel/no-show fee.

3. Retreats & Workshops

  • Retreat and workshop bookings are final. We do not offer refunds and recommend a travel insurance provider to cover emergencies.

  • In the unlikely event we cancel or postpone a retreat, you will receive a credit toward a future retreat. We are not responsible for additional expenses such as flights, travel insurance, or personal purchases.

4. Health & Safety

  • By participating in our classes or retreats, you confirm that you are in good physical health and have consulted your physician about participating in yoga, movement, breathwork, or related activities.

  • You acknowledge the inherent risks of yoga and retreat activities and voluntarily assume all risks associated.

  • We are not liable for injuries, accidents, or medical conditions that may arise during participation.

5. Travel & Insurance for Retreats

  • All retreat participants are strongly encouraged to purchase travel insurance that covers trip cancellations, delays, medical expenses, and personal belongings.

  • You are responsible for ensuring your passport, visas, and travel documents are valid.

6. Payments & Refunds

  • Payments must be made through approved methods listed on our website.

  • Deposits are always non-refundable.

  • Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 30 business days.

7. Code of Conduct

  • We are committed to creating a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment.

  • Disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior may result in dismissal from a class or retreat without refund.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All branding, logos, retreat content, and class materials are the property of Yoga in Common.

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or share these materials without written permission.

9. Data Collection & Use of Personal Information

  • By using our services, you agree to the collection and use of personal information as outlined here.

  • We may collect personal data such as your name, email address, phone number, billing address, and usage data when you interact with our services.

  • Your data may be used for purposes including:

    • To provide and maintain our services

    • To manage your account and bookings

    • To process payments and contracts

We may update our Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes agreement to the revised terms.
